　今年は昨年の何倍もの花粉が飛来する…。なーんて言われていたからビビッていましたが、もちろんお薬などは服用していましたが、昨年、一昨年とくらべて症状が軽かったので、「いうほど凄くないなぁー」と思っていたら、昨日昼頃から、めっちゃ鼻水が出る…。目もちょっと痒くなったけど、くしゃみと鼻水が辛かった。薬は継続して飲んでいたんですが、急にくるとは。オイラ毎年思うけど、スギ花粉ももちろんひどいんですが、ヒノキ花粉の方がひどいな…。ゴールデンウイーク過ぎくらいまで苦しい日々が続くのかな…。
